You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Any custom solutions developed specifically for you will be addressed in your service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of your business information. We maintain strict confidentiality practices and will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUHN IT SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
